As the recipient of its first Michelin star in 2023 and the "Nordic Restaurant of the Year 2023" award from the Nordic Prize, we are proud to offer a gastronomic journey.

 

Restaurant À L'aise was established by award-winning Danish chef Ulrik Jepsen, his life partner Mia Kondrup, and their close friend and investor Jan Nielsen.

Ulrik Jepsen

Ulrik Jepsen brings with him a wealth of experience from some renowned Michelin-starred restaurants, including The Waterside Inn in England and Søllerød Kro in Denmark. At À L'aise, his approach to French cooking is both classic and innovative, with a focus on using exclusive Norwegian ingredients of the highest quality. Ulrik's ability to balance luxurious flavors with honest cooking makes À L'aise a gastronomic landmark.
